The Sewing Studio – Learn it. Make it. Love it.

My book is still waiting to launch, I know, but I couldn’t wait to share news of my upcoming project. I will be opening The Sewing Studio, Peterborough’s perfect little space to Learn it. Make it. Love it.

The space – at 205 Sherbrooke Street – will play double duty as my personal creating studio AND a teaching and learning place for small groups (max. 4 students).cialogovweblarge1

Today I joined the Craft Industry Alliance in preparation for launching my new business. Yipee!

The keys will be mine on March 1st and I will be working into April to set up shop. Classes will begin eiher in May or September – I’ll have a better idea of timing once the equipment is in place.

The first session of classes will focus on learning foundation skills through making basic projects and subsequent classes will build on those skills. I will supply sewing machines, tools and inspiration!

I will post class details here once they are finalized – look for The Sewing Studio tab.

Feel free to contact me to be added to a student wait list.

Best,

Michèle

What a great idea Michele; a real high-fiver. I see you in your studio, smiling, laughing with joy coming out of your pores. You are on a roll!
